John's interest in weather began in Grove City, Ohio after two tornado warnings interrupted family camping trips in a single summer.

His experience spans operational forecasting, private consulting, peer-reviewed research, and emergency management. He brings WeatherFront a broad network across the weather enterprise and a strong focus on growth.

John is active in the National Weather Association and the American Meteorological Society, with a passion for connecting people across public, private, and academic weather communities.

Dylan grew up in Nebraska, where storms sparked an early fascination with severe weather.

His background combines full-stack software engineering with advanced meteorology, including research and software work at the intersection of AI and tornado prediction.

After years of storm chasing, Dylan set out to build a better way to view weather data on the go. WeatherFront is the result: a modern mobile toolkit for radar, models, satellite, alerts, and more.

Tyler grew up in Minnesota with a deep connection to the outdoors. His career has focused on hydrology, including more than eight years as an operational hydrologist.

He brings WeatherFront expertise in data integration and a drive to add more observational and forecast datasets into the app's workflows.

Tyler is helping build state-of-the-art hydrologic visualizations, including flood inundation mapping and National Water Model products.
